I filed my DVAT Return for the period Oct-Dec 2011-12 in Feb 2012.

I have misplaced my original stamped DVAT Return copy which I received from the department.

Now is there any way to get a duplicate stamped copy of the same? Please let me know the procedure. Really urgent!

Sir, I want to Change My Registration from DVAT 17(Composition Scheme) to DVAT 16(Regular) after 30/04/2015.

Please give me appropriate solution.
