Kindly advise--
One of my freind has calculated wrong duty in ARE-1 and submitted to the concerned authrorities.
Now situation is that goods reached at south africa and Closing bond value enhanced by Rs 10000 which is
not actually correct.
The whole process took place two montms back. Now what would be the right action to correct mistake.

get in touc h with any consultant with all documents, as major portions are missing in query
1) its cleared under UT or bond and CT-1
2) it was his manufacturing export or exporter through mercant exporter.
3) and most vital part, while filing the return of the specific period it must have displayed the error.
so on partial information its hard to say something, visit any nearby consultant of the indirect tases, they can examine the docuemnts and can guide better.
