Duplicate PAN Card

You can submit the application in the form "Request for New PAN Card or/and Changes or Correction in PAN data" in the following cases:

1. When you already have PAN but want a new PAN card,
2. When you want to make some changes or corrections in your existing PAN details.

The form is freely downloadable from NSDL e-Gov-TIN website. It is also available with the TIN-FCs., or applied online

Those who have a PAN but have not received a PAN card or have lost their PAN card or wish to have a new PAN card with existing details, can fill the form for Request for New PAN Card or/and Changes or Correction in PAN data. Applicant is required to fill all the columns in the form but should not tick any of the boxes on the left margin.
