Dued date for payment of tds

Hi,

Please suggest me in the below issue :

Generally TDS to be paid on or before the due date of filing of income i.e. 30.09.2012. For example if due date is extended up to 31.10.2012 then what is the due date for payment of TDS whether 30.09.2012 or 31.10.2012.

 

Please suggest me in this regard ASAP ...

In my view, that will be notified specificaly by the Income Tax department, if not then the due date will be extended date. i.e 31st Oct.
