What are the due dates for
1.Completing statutory audit & filing the annual IT return of a company?
2.Completing tax audit & filling the Tax Audit return?
3.Is Tax audit & statutory audit done separately by a CA? or both are combined and
performed at the same time?

statutory & tax audit can be done by the same C.A ,(infact mostly it is done by the same)the due dates of filing return for cos is 30th september of the f.y (ie for f.y 11-12 ,it will be 30.09.12)so accordingly the ausit procedures should be completed.....
