The last date to file ITR for AY 2019-20 ( financial year 2018-19) without fine was August 31, 2019,For those who had failed to file in time, the due date was March 31, 2020 which has now been extended to July 31, 2020

Yes, The Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) has extended the last date for filing ITR for AY 2019-20 (FY 2018-19) from 31st July, 2020 to 30th September, 2020.

Now, you have two more month to file your return for A.Y 2019-20
