Due date of first agm

As the Company is incorporated on 25 th March 2016, so as per section 2 (41) of Companies Act 2013, its financial year will close on 31st March 2017, A company incorporated after 1st January of the Current year shall have the financial year of 31st March of the following year.

And as per section 96 of the Companies Act 2013, First AGM shall be held within 9 month from the closure of its financial year. so it can convene its First AGM by 30th December 2017
