Due date of filing Kvat return

Hiiiiiiiiii friends

Can anybody tell me the due date of filing return under Kvat? Is it filed monthly? And also let me know what is the due date of depositing challans.

In case of Kerala Value Added tax Act, the due date of Filing of monthly return is on or before of the fifteenth day of the month following the return period. The payment details is furnished along with the return.(Refer Sec.22(1))

That is, if return has to be filed in the month of January 2010, the monthly return should be submitted on or before of 15th of February 2010.

In case of Annual return, the due date is on or before the 30th day of April every year. However the Authorities shall extend the same if they propose so.
