Yes, Extended to 31st March 2021 as per Taxation and Other Laws (Relaxation of Certain Provisions) Ordinance, 2020 read with Notification No. 35/2020 dated 24.06.2020
In the absence of any announcement of a change of due date in TDS Utility, the CPC may automatically charge the late filing fees of Rs.200/- per day if TDS statement for Q-1 of FY 2020-21 is not filed before 31/07/2020.
Secondly if we go by wordings of Notification No. 35/2020 dated 24.06.2020, Q-3 of FY 2020-21 due date falls on 31/01/2021, that's before the due date of Q1 & Q2, that's 31/03/2021.
