What is the due date for payment of TDS deducted on transaction of payment done to foreing company for purchase of software? I have made payment to company on 10.10.2014 of Rs.1 lac. When should I pay TDS for this transaction & what is due date for payment?

Does that foreign company has a PAN in India. What is the rate at which you have deducted tax at source. Check section 206AA.
