I have cleared PE II in Nove 2009 and my artic;eship started on 15.02.2010.As per ICAI rules my Final Exams will due in May 2012.Is there any possibility that it gets due in Nov 2011?

Yes only one possibility an amendment in CA regulation act, which i think is not at all possible on our part.
So the conclusion its not possible to get ur attemp in Nov 2011
