Dear friends, i hv to consolidate the financial statements of subsidiary with holding co. For this purpose whether DTL will be the part of net worth of subsidiary company or it will be treated as outside liabilities? Thanks in advance.

DTL will be treated as outside liability and will simply be aggregated while preparing consolidated financial statements
