DTC applicable from 1.4.2012?

I read it somewhere that DTC should be applicable from Nov. 2012.

Nov. 2012 means for CA final students appearing in Nov. 2012

As i have notice that '' DITECT TAX CODE'' applicable from 01-04-2012....so that in may exam applicable,never possible but in nov exam it will be applicable.

there is no chance for the applicability of DTC in 01-Apr-2012 as they shall present the agenda in winter session of the parliament. so it will get discussed in the summer session of the parliament and next year elections are also there. So according to me DTC wii be applicable for CA Exams from may 14 am not 100% sure abt this.

dtc may not be implemented this session so need not to worry as it would not be applicable to both term of 2012

In my opinion it;s not possible to applicable in May and Nov'2012 Exams

If DTC is not applicable for May, 2012 ( CA Final Exam purpose )  then it will also not applicable for Nov, 2012.

However if DTC is applicable from 01.04.2012, that means for exam purpose it will be applicable from May, 2013.

Since DTC is applicable from 01.04.2012, for exam pupose it will be applicable from May, 2013.

Till ICAI DOESNT OFFICIALLY ANNOUNCE THE DATE FOR EXAM PURPOSE DO NOT BELIVE ON ANY COMMENTS.

ITS BETTER TO WAIT FOR ICAI TO ANNOUNCE.
