There is your misatke that DSA is not about the daily incomings, outgoings of stock on day -to-day basics.

To Pradeepji & Sudhirji,

DSA is only Stock register of finished goods, Where every outgoing stock transaction reflect. Material sent for Home Consumption, Exports or etc. any type clearance the entry must reflected here.

For Incoming material maintain register was known as "RG-23-A-I"  for taking any type of purchase by Duty paid. Now excise's all register except PLA is a private record.
