State dept issued order in DRC 07 earlier issued SCN but no response submitted. Whether appeal is the only remedy. and the procedure is same for state as of center. And who will be the authority in that case.

against DRC-07 appeal is the only remedy. Ascertain the jurisdictional appellate authority in your case.

If order is issued in last 30 days, you have an option for file application for rectification of order

Is there any chance that dept accept rectification application where non compliance on part of the taxpayer.
