is there is any provision for drawback on export in gst

yes drawback is available in gst but you can not export with rebate claim
yes... the rules are very similar to exisiting refund rules for exporters under service tax law... in gst, exports are considered as zero rated supplies..
Drawback has no connection with GST. It will governed by the Custom laws and will continue
