Drafting specimen in company secretarial practice

I going to appear for my first attempt of CS Professional exam this June (i.e. June 2014) for all modules and I am confused with how to deal with all the 8 Subjects simultaneouly. Can anyone help me with providing the guidelines in drafting specimens that come as a compulsory question in Company Secretarial Practice..?? I find it quite difficult to draft and understand how to draft specimens for different topics coz mugging up is not what I can easily do...

Hi Aafrin,

Upon perusal of the summary sections given at the end of chapters in the CSP-1 module you will find that almost all the drafting questions in past papers have been asked from there. Of course this is a just a quick revision/practice section, but it;s better than going through the entire CSP-1 module. It's just my opinion as this is what i did for dec-13 and cleared grp1. Hope it helps.
