The DD should be taken in the favour THE SECRETARY, THE ICAI  payable at New Delhi i guess for nothern region.

The applicable fees is rupees 8500 /- for a pcc passed student and register as early as possible to be eligible for appearance in the upcoming final examination in NOvember 2012.

Nothing will be charged in extra if the form is downloaded from the site.
