We have incorporated private company in September-2020.
So we are filing DPT-3 for the first time, should we required to file one time return and annual return or only annual return

Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the DPT-3 filing requirements for companies incorporated in September 2020. It confirms that only an annual return is necessary, not a one-time return, as there would be no previous financial year data for net worth. The annual return should report unaudited net worth as per the books, even if no new deposits were received during the year.

File annual return
Thank you Sourav
Sir... Please note that the form DPT 3 wil ask about previous financial year numbers... and as per u r query the company incorporated in 2020... obviously there won't be any networth for last year.....

No need to file one time return.

Only file yearly return.

In yearly return mention networth unaudited as per books.

Do we have to file Dpt-3 annually if there is no change in any money received not amounting to deposit? Means if no money is received during the year.

Yes .. it's annual return.... So u have to file Form DPT 3
