Hi, Under which heading is Debenture redemption reserve included in computation of net worth in DPT 3 ?

it will not be included while caclculation Networth...becoz it is not a free reserve😊
how would profit n loss would be taken care as on 31.03.19 as balance sheet is not yet finalized??

Debenture reserve account will not be included while calculating Networth😊
Which means as per 31.03.2018
PROFIT AND LOSS OF LATEST AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENT SHOULD BE TAKEN
