I have LLP with me and a friend as designated partners.
Planning to add 3rd person as Partner. He won't be a designated partner.
Does he need DSC and DPIN?
Do I need to update MCA even for addition on ordinary partner?

DPIN for LLP partners

An ordinary partner does not need a DPIN or a DSC. However, you must legally report their addition to the MCA by filing LLP Form 3 and Form 4 within 30 days of their appointment.
