Doubts rising while filing the gstr 1

is it must and should required to mention  "Aggregate Turnover in the preceeding financial year and "Aggregate Turnover - April to June, 2017".?

please kindly give the information regarding this.

yes required to provide turnover 

however if you forget to put so it is not as big issue 

yes it is advisable to provide the Turnover figures as the same would be Auto populated for the subsequent month .
yes, aggregate turnover need to be provided in GSTR 1 filled as per section 35 read with rule 59 of the CGST act 2017
aggregate turnover should be updated otherwise wouldn't not be accepted to file the return.

not it is not as you said 

filing of return is possible even if you forget to put the turnover 

yes correct
I was tried to fill return without updating turnover, system through error as no section data available and gross turnover not updated.
