can anybody plz help me in understanding and solving d following mentioned questions?

Q 1 D is induced by A to draw a cheque in favour of P, who is an existing person. A instead of sending the cheque to P, forges his name and pays the cheque into his own bank. Can D recover the amount of the cheque from A s banker

 

Q2 A induced B by fraud to draw a cheque payble to C or order. A obtained the cheque, forged C s endorsement and collected proceeds to d cheque through his bankers. DECIDE

(a) If B, the drawer, can recover d amount of the cheque from C s bankers.

(b) If C is a fictitious payee

Q What is the meaning of bill payble endorsed back through debt? what is its journal entry

Beta is the risk factor with a company......just understand beta means risk for a company...higher thebeta , higher the risk ...

Bill payable endorsed back through debt..

 

Bill payable a/c ... dr.

to debtors a/c

 

u give ur debtor in exchange of the bill payable...now ur bill will be paid by ur debtor..so ur liability is adjusted by sacrificing ur asst(debtor)

For this NI Act question...just follow a simple trick...learn the points in which the banks can be help liable...in rest of the cases..i.e in most of the cases banks are not liable..neither the drawer's bank nor the payee's bank....
