Respected Sir,

I would like to give my CA final attempt in may, 2021 for which I have to register within oct 31,2018. Since i have cleared only one group of intermediate in may, 2018, i am preparing for my exams in Nov, 2018. Since it is mandatory to score 200 in the second group i am fearing to study and do my articleship simultaneously. I haven't yet started my articles. i am wishing to do my articles after completing my exam in nov. I am in the plan of attending the interview of a medium sized firm on Oct 1,2018 and register for articles within Oct 31,2018. Will any firm accept my request of registering for articles within Oct 31,2018 and take an immediate leave for the month Oct and upto nov 16 and then join for articles after completing my exam?

The approach you are adopting of immeadiate leave may not work.Rather you could join after your exams of nov 2018,and request the firm to give you back dated effect on joining of articles I e before oct 31st 2018 so that you have a early final attempt.This usually works at personal agreement of principal /firm under whom u are joining for articles.Apart from above don haste for things just by considering your peers are ahead of you etc.Do the course and enjoy it.In the long run a lag of 2 to 3 years doesnt matter ,what matters is whether the knowledge you possess can solve problems for client or not.
