One of my relatives was a normal salaried person since 1990 and the pf was deducted and always deposited as per the norms.
But now what happended in 2005 that her job was taken away n there was a case going on since 6 years. Now she has been again kept in the job with the settlement that no salary pertaining to these 6 years will be given.
Now my question is that this gap in which the pf dsepartment n the pension dept did not get any contribution for her account will it have any impact on the account? What will be it for pension when she wud want to withdraw after her retirement?
