you should not add service tax to the amount of 50000 you are charging. If you charge any service tax then it becomes compulsory for you to register and pay off the tax amount.

as a service provider, you are eligible to avail 10L exemption on services provided.
As u said u r providing services of Rs. 50000 p.m so Rs. 6 lacs in a year below exemption limit no need to charge any service tax - No service tax liability.

one another doubt service provider has to registered at 10L. after registration service provider is given registration no. after regisering he has to make bill book in that bill book he has to add amount of service tax. agar koi service provider pehle hi bill book banwa le 10L ki limit se pehle to kya use bill me service tax ka amount add karna padega aur kya use registration karvana padega?

Service provider need to register once it corss limit of 9 lacs but need to collect and pay tax on crossing limit of 10 lacs. It list concern whether bill book is made before or after registration.
Once service proivder cross the basic exemption limit of Rs. 10 lacs he need to collect and pay the service tax.
