Doubt abt profession tax (maha)

Every person/dealer engaged in any profession trade or commerce should register for PT E and a person who employ persons and deduct there professional tax should apply for PT R for e.g. Colleges should take pt r no. for deduction PT of teachers

The slabs in the return utility III B for PTRC are wrong i.e. as per prior to Aug 2009 so what to do and how to file the e-return.

Also if possible please let me know the payment due dates for pt deducted from salary i.e. ptrc payment
