Every moment you're alive, you are putting forth great effort. Unfortunately, all too often that effort is intended to hold you back.

Your history tells you to be afraid, but the thing is, the past is not where you are. It cannot hold you or frighten you unless you choose for it to.
Instead, feel the glorious, warm power of your best
possibilities. Know that as soon as you stop blocking those possibilities, you will easily
and naturally make them real.
Give in, and turn yourself over to the living beauty that glows within you.
This is your time to truly and richly live.
