Sir is there any Sup/Bombay high Court judgement on rate applicable for domestic company not incorporated in P.Y 16-17.

the basic reading of act shows that if the co. is not incorporated upto p.y 16-17 then it has to pay tax on 30% lese 25%
Domestic company with turnover upto 250 crore ( now from this FY it is 400 Crore) has to pay 25% of taxable income.
There is nothing like incorporated / not incorporated !!! Be specific .
