does carry bags is recorded as advertisement expense if firm name details are printed on carry bag ?

i think it should be debited to sales promotion exp. account

Yes it will be booked on the Dr Side of Profit and Loss Account under Advertising Expenses

No wrong, tanuj it is not recorded as advertisement expenditure unless it has a logo of the company.
A logo is essential.

Yes logo is printed on carry bags
so if it is advertisement expenses we does not debit it as carry bags expense ???
