Form 10 IA is required to claim deduction u/s 80U. Kindly confirm whether the form should be sent by post along with the print out of the return to claim refund if e return is filed. (Kindly quote notification in this regard). Also I wish to know deduction for professional tax paid by the employer is available under which section?

For filing e-return no enclosures are required. But one should give true and correct information. A person giving false information/declaration is liable for prosecution under the Income-tax Act.
Profession tax exemption can be claimed under section 16(iii)
