Documents for new st-1 registration

Hi,

  I need to apply for new ST registration. I have filled in ST-1 form online and submitted. I took the print out of the form and have other documents ready. Do I need to go in person to submit in the service tax office or can I send it by post. This is in bangalore.

Dear murli if it is within reasonable limits then i suggest you to go and make it done by yourself as you will get quick response in the same. Going there will definitely add up your experiences to deal in government offices. Regards
