Document required in case of export of services

1. Importer Exporter Code (IEC) certificate from DGFT

2. Letter of Undertaking (LUT) from GST Department

3. Bank Realisation Certificate (BRC) from your AD category Bank

4. Original Invoice Copy (prepared in INR or in USD)

5. Contract / Agreement (if executed)

6. Any other Legal document other than GST registration if required in your state to run the office.

7. OSP License (Other Service Provider) from Department of Telecommunication (DOT) in case of BPO/KPO.
