I have a tin number already registered with my existing proprietorship firm, I want to start a new proprietorship firm for another type of business on different primises with another trade name, should I get a new tin number for this firm? If not how should i accommodate New business with old tin number?

new vat no is required in ur case
If you want to do in another name it is must to take another tin. otherwise you can do new business in the same name with existing tin number.

I Have two TIN No and iam the proprietorship of that two business now i want give a IT return this two business ,my auditor saying we can't give a IT return to IT Dept and he said should close one TIN No number after that only we can give a return. pls give me a solution , First biz started in 2013, second one is 2014
