Any kind of marketting business has to be registered under local VAT and CST laws.You can do it on line through the web site www.tnvat.gov.in. Open the web and click for registration.You will get all details,forms,list of documents,to be furnished,vat office to be contacted,fees to be paid etc.Or, entrust it to a sales tax practitioner.He will do the needful by charging some fees......mjk

You need :-

1. TIN (VAT + CST)

2. Current Bank Account
