If a company declares interim dividend then when is it required to pay the DDT?

Taking for eg if the BODs appove in JULY that interim dividend will be declared in dividend is paid out in SEPTEMBER, then when will the DDT be paid in July or September?

According to Section 115-0

The principal officer of the domestic company and the company shall be liable to pay the tax on distributed profits to the credit of the Central Government within fourteen days from the date of --

(a) declaration of dividend; or

(b) distribution of any dividend; or

(c) payment of any dividend,

whichever is earliest.

In the present Eg:

Dividend was approved in July and paid in Sept. so DDT is to be paid within 14 days from the date of declaration/ approval (july)
