Dividend
If company has not refunded any calls in advance till now but it has declared dividend, then will dividend be payable on calls in advance also? Also, if any calls in arrear have not been received, then?

not on calls on advance....and only paid up capital is considered for dividend (except advance calls) not arrears
yes only paid up capital is considered which do not include calls in arrears or calls in advance
