Diversion of agriculture land
How to make a proof to the income tax department that diverted land has been used for agricultural purpose and should be assessed as agriculture land,even though it was diverted.

Once land is duly converted and it becomes NA , then you can not take benefit of exemption considering income as Agri Income even if actually used for Agri purpose.
NA means NA.
it cannot be converted back to Agri Status.
