Arey sir, try to interpret the law wht it is actuaally sayin, all overriding pref. payments ( i.e workmen's due and secured debts  are paid to be full in priority unless the funds are not enough to meet them, in dat case  they shal abate in equal proportion" and the ques u r reffering was nt same as the question in xam... ur ques has enough fund fr making payment for Overriding payments.. dat's why no requirement of proportion.... :) 

This review of course worthy but not now!!... Everyone writes what they think is correct. but the suggested answer may be different. Please dont judge your result basing onthis thread. I know so many people disappointed by seeing this review. Thats individual opinions. Please dont loose hope. Your positive thinking will give positive result. that is the theory of positive energy!!.
