yes correct , value of supply shall. not. include any discount .

Only Before or at time of supply if such discount has been duly recorded in the Invoice issued in respect of such supply .

Haan ji As per Section 15, agar app discount Invoice per Show karte ho toh ush per GST nahi lagega

If the discount is pre determined & shown in invoice then GST would not be applicable on discount portion.

As per section 15(1) the value of goods or supply shall be the transaction value which is the " Price actually paid or payable" will constitute Consideration for the purpose of GST.
