Discontinuing 15 months training

Hello everyone I finally decided to quit my present company where I am undergoing 15 months cs management training. Reasons 1. There is no cs here since 2 months. 2. Though it's listed company no one has been appointed yet. 3. They are planning for retainer service from pcs. 4. They r not giving me leave of 1 month for study. 5. I am worried if I will benefit in this company if there is no cs. These r the thoughts going on in my mind. However I will definitely need suggestions from you all regarding this. Please help.
