Are the appointments of those who were directors when the CA2013 came into force valid under sec196?
If not do we reappoint them under sec 196?

Hi kalpesh,
For how long do the directors of a company, who were appointed before CA2013, continue their directorship after CA2013 came into force? As such no term/period was specified when appointments took place, way back in 1998.
do they need to be appointed once again under sec196 oc CA2013?
