DIRECTOR

Pass in the board meeting Resolution for removing the Director.

File physical Form 32 with the ROC & attch the covering letter stating that, The company does not have any idea of Whereabout of the director.

Because the Company has no communication with directors for last 2 years.

So, that company can not file the E-form.
