Direct entry scheme for ca-inter

CA IPC (under direct entry scheme) students have to complete there ITT on or before 31st may, 2013 for being appear in Nov 2013 examination.
i registered in Sept '12 under Direct Entry Scheme.(Not a converted Student)
What if Batch starts only from 26th May for ITT, it will complete after June 15.. then will i be eligible to apper in Nov'13..???

I am intrested in doing CA. But I have 50% marks in Graduation (B COM) . I have also done B.ed In which I have 65%. So, Please suggest I have to Give CAT Exam or not.
