Direct entry registration..
Today i converted from ipcc(cpt) to Direct entry scheme(Ipc) by paying conversion fee of Rs 500. after submission of form, guy at counter gave me study material of both groups. i told him that i have already received and i m just converting and not taking admission.. but he said 'Study material Sabko ko issue karta hai, abhi nahi lega to baad me milega nahi'.. plz guide me.. is it normal or he has given me by mistake??! plz guide me Should i start using study material or keep it as it is?

It's not his mistake,chill. Take the new set of study materials.(it's all part of the conversion that you've paid)
