In case of foreign nationals, documents need to be attested by the prescribed authority
what does prescribed authority means in such cases ??

Pls clarify that in case of foreign nationals the documents to be attached to Form is issued by foreign govt. like passport and address proof...... Still is this documents to do apostle?
