Dear Sir/Madam,

Please let me know what are the document we need to attach in DIR-3 KYC form if present & permanent address is same. only Aadhaar copy is enough or we need to submit other document too like PAN copy, Director Photo etc.

Please mention list of documents to be attach in this case.

Documents (Self Attested copy) Copy of PAN card Copy of Voters Identity Card/ Passport/ Driving License (any 1 out of these) Copy of Bank Statement / Electricity Bill/ Telephone bill/ Mobile bill (any 1 out of these, but not older than 2 months) Passport size photograph Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) of Director
