DIR-3 KYC
One director is born in india in 1956 and he is a citizen of india by birth. He had PAN and aadhaar. From last three Financial Years 2015-16, 2016-17, 2017-18 he is non resident in india. He also had citizenship of Mauritius. On his passport issued by republic of Mauritius, Nationality is written as citizenship of Mauritius.
Following are my questions:
1. Nationality is one, where we had born. Why on passport they had not written nationality as indian. Why they written in Nationality “Citizenship of Mauritius”
What Nationality should I select in DIR-3 KYC…?
2. He is citizen of india by birth and he had also citizenship of Mauritius.
What should I select in “whether he is citizen of india or not”…?
3. During prefill of DIN his present residential address is of Haryana. Does we have to change his present residential address to foreign address and file DIR-6…?
4. What documents are required to be attached in DIR-3 KYC…?
