Whether the DIN (number ) obtained thorugh MCA is enough to use it at the time of formation of LLP or a fresh DIN seperately neeeds to be obtauined under the LLP Act?

In LLP, they require the DPIN and not the DIN.
However, In LLP partner can use his PAN no. instead of DPIN
LLP is not governed by companies act..!!
DPIN is diiff frm DIN as rightly pointed by ankur..
