My query is whether DIN 4 has to be handwritten by the director or print out can be taken from the ayatem??

Online filing facility is not avaiable in respect of DIN-4. So you have to fill in the details offline which need not be handwritten by Director. You can type in the details and take the print out and get the signature of the director in the form.

There is no need to have handwritten filled up DIN-4, even duly filled up form printed from the system will work. BUT the signature should be handwriten not otherwise.
